Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using My Planet Foot Delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your OTP/password
  • Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Treat delivery partners, restaurants, and other users respectfully and follow community guidelines

Service Usage

  • Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind
  • We may refuse, limit, or suspend service where misuse, safety risks, or policy violations are detected
  • Service availability, menu items, and delivery coverage may vary by area and partner availability
  • We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws
  • You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms

Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed via secure payment methods available in the app/website
  • All prices, delivery fees, taxes (if applicable), and service charges are shown before order confirmation
  • Refunds, if applicable, follow our refund and cancellation rules shown in the app
  • We are not responsible for bank or payment provider processing delays
  • Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific conditions, limits, and expiry dates

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation or modification fees may apply depending on order status and preparation stage
  • If a customer is unreachable or fails to receive the order, charges may apply and refunds may be restricted
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Emergency cancellations may require valid proof and are evaluated case-by-case
  • Rules may differ for scheduled deliveries vs on-demand deliveries and for different partner restaurants

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order (where permitted by law)
  • We are not responsible for actions of independent third parties, including partner restaurants and delivery partners
  • We do not cover indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Local laws may affect or limit these liability exclusions

Disputes are governed by the applicable local laws and jurisdiction
Force majeure applies during events like natural disasters, strikes, or network outages
All intellectual property (branding, app content, designs) remains reserved
